They have recently ranked Vanessa Hudgens as the Hottest Young Star under the age of 25 followed by Twilight star Robert Pattinson and then Lindsay Lohan on third, Zac Efron following on the fourth and with Miley Cyrus at the fifth ranking. 20 other hot young stars are listed as well including Taylor Lautner, Taylor Swift, Ed Westwick, Megan Fox and Selena Gomez.
